Personal Growth
Trinity
River Seminars and Consulting personal growth programs always begin with, and
build on individual strengths. We help people to see how they
can succeed and coach them to the success they desire.
Many of our programs teach team leadership skills, but they do
so with a focus on how you as an individual can shape and
contribute to team development.
The following are some of the programs we offer for personal
growth and development:
Who Am I? An insightful guide for the insightfully challenged
This seminar
is all about YOU. In an introspective half to full day program,
individuals identify and validate their strengths, assets,
values and skills. The program looks at all aspects of your life
including home, work and interpersonal relationships. We use a
variety of psychological assessments to help you shape an
objective understanding of how you interact with others and your
environment. You leave
the session with a confidence borne of knowledge.
Raising Delinquents Without Really Trying
There are
those who believe that a root canal without anesthetic is less
painful than parenting when it's not working. Drawing almost
thirty years experience working with adolescents, this seminar
explores the family dynamic, helps you to understand what you
bring to the table as a parent, and provides some strategies
for making your family a success. This seminar is all about
empowering parents. It will give you practical tools for
navigating your child's adolescence successfully. This program
is also offered as an experiential learning opportunity for
multiple families.
Lose Weight! Find Love! Get Rich!
Unhappy about your weight?
Can't seem to launch that exercise program? Love life going
south? Career on hold? The solution might be easier
than you think. Often, the key to happiness is self-awareness.
This seminar explores behavior—your behavior. It examines how assumptions can make you misunderstand
others and how they can make others misunderstand you. You'll
learn how to get out—and stay out—of a slump. Learn the power of
Ebert's Razor. Armed
with new personal insight, you can break the patterns that
haven't work in the past.
What you don't know can
hurt you!
